What kind of payment will schatzi accept? We accept payments by Visa or MasterCard. All online payment is done through Paypal. Will I be charged any taxes? All orders shipped within Canada will be charged 5% GST. Canadian taxes will NOT be applied to orders shipped to the United States. Please note orders shipped to the United States may be charged customs or duty fees, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. When will I get my order? All orders will be processed and shipped on Mondays and Fridays. Statutory holidays will add an extra day to delivery times. When sending to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed.
What if I need to return my purchase? There are NO refunds. Merchandise will be exchanged for size or quality, as long as is has not been worn and remains clean.
